If you prefer - or plan an all cash purchase - you can have your banker, broker or other financial institution simply provide a letter verifying that you have the necessary assets. A pre-approval may be an even better strategy as it allows me to negotiate on behalf of my clients without wealthy buyers having to reveal his or her full financial strength.
