If no further inventory was added to the market in this particular price range it would take 13.5 months for the current inventory to sell at this rate of absorption. The inventory that was sold in this price range in October represents 7.4% of the currently listed inventory, 3 properties, which represents 11.1% of the currently listed inventory expired.

Absolutely Impeccable....is Sold!

        Do you remember Absolutely Impeccable? Property address, 2 Dorset Street, I referred to in a recent blog post at the time I first began marketing this lovely home the end of August, it's now SOLD! These seller's "get it"... the importance of a home being absolutely impeccable in order to create a significant "front door event", meaning a buyer prospect will be instantly attracted the moment they walk through the front door and eager to see more.

Most buyers are very literal. The challenge most sellers constantly face is that very few people have the imagination to visualize beyond what they see.
